We offer a 7-day free trial for new users. During the trial, you have access to the Service's features as described on our pricing page. No credit card is required to start a trial.
After your trial, you may subscribe to a paid plan. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selection. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.
You agree not to use the Service to:
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by WinFed and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service (e.g., company information, past performance data, proposal drafts). By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, store, and process that content to provide the Service to you.
Proposals and other content generated by our AI tools are provided for your use. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring the accuracy of all AI-generated content before submission to any government agency.
The Service integrates data from third-party sources including SAM.gov, USAspending.gov, and other federal data systems. This data is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.
You are responsible for verifying all opportunity information directly with the contracting agency before submitting any proposal or bid.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
We do not guarantee that use of the Service will result in winning any contract or achieving any particular outcome. Past performance information and win probability scores are estimates only and should not be relied upon as guarantees.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WINFED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WinFed and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
